The budget guide

What a band costs, honestly

Live music is bespoke, but it should not be a mystery. Here are the starting prices the agency works from, the three things that move them, and what you get for it.

The starting points

Three ways to fill a floor

Upon availability, for events near Nice or Paris. Location, travel and duration change the number; on a given date the most accessible act may not be free. Every quote is written for your event.

The band

From EUR 2,500 + VAT

near Nice or Paris, upon availability

  • Three sets of thirty minutes, placed where they matter
  • Unplugged, among the guests, no stage
  • A setlist written with you, in five languages
  • Planning and coordination with your planner

The drinks reception, the dinner, the first hour of the dancefloor. The format the reviews are about.

The DJ

From EUR 1,600 + VAT

near Nice, upon availability

  • A curated set for your crowd
  • Professional sound and lighting
  • The live saxophone, on request
  • A DJ who reads the room like a musician

A party that starts at the decks, an after-party, or the right answer for a smaller budget.

Band, then DJ

The full night

one booking, one team

  • The band's sets, then the DJ without a gap
  • The saxophonist on top of the mix
  • One contact, one timeline, one sound
  • The format most couples and hosts choose

From the first glass to the last song. Priced as one proposal.

What moves the number

Line-up, place, time

Three honest factors decide the price. Nothing is hidden in the proposal.

I

The size of the line-up

A trio costs less than a six-piece because you are booking fewer musicians. Every band page shows its range; the agency recommends the smallest line-up that fills your room.

II

Where the music happens

Near Nice or Paris the floors below apply. A château in Provence, a palazzo on Lake Como or a chalet above Verbier add travel, time on the road and, sometimes, accommodation, set out in the proposal.

III

How long they play

Three sets of thirty minutes is the classic. Four sets, a ceremony set, or the DJ into the night change the number. The proposal prices each piece so you can decide.

What you get for it

Why a live band is worth every note

I

A room that changes

Not background music. A band walking between your guests turns a dinner into the start of the party, every time.

II

A team, not a supplier

Planning calls, the special songs prepared, coordination with your planner and venue, an arrival that needs nothing.

III

Two thousand performances of craft

Musicians from the best schools, ten years of events, the songs your guests know in the languages they speak.

Money questions

Asked before every booking

All questions
How does the booking process work?

Tell us the date, the place, the number of guests and your budget through the enquiry form. Pierre answers within the day with the acts that fit and their availability. A short call settles the programme. A signed agreement and a deposit confirm the date. From there the agency handles the planning with you and your planner, down to the last song.

How long do you play?

Three sets of thirty minutes is the classic format, spread across the key moments of the event: drinks reception, dinner, dancefloor. For larger or premium events we also offer four sets of thirty minutes or three sets of forty. The DJ then carries the night from the last band set onwards.

Can the band continue as a DJ?

Yes, and it is the format most couples choose. After the last band set, our DJ takes over the dancefloor, often with the saxophonist playing live over the mix. One booking, one team, one sound from the first glass to the last song.

How far do you travel?

Anywhere our music is needed. The bands have performed in more than ten countries. Travel time and costs are part of the proposal, so the further the venue, the more it matters to book early.

What does a roaming band cost?

Upon availability, our most accessible band starts at EUR 2,500 + VAT for events near Nice or Paris. Depending on the location, the travel and the time spent on the road, the price can increase significantly, and on a given date the most accessible band may not be available. The DJ service starts at EUR 1,600 + VAT near Nice. Every quote is bespoke: see the budget guide.

What makes the price go up or down?

Three things: the size of the line-up (a trio costs less than a six-piece), the location and the travel it involves, and the length of the performance (three sets, four sets, a DJ into the night). Tell us your budget honestly and we will tell you honestly what fits.

What is included?

The sets themselves, the planning calls, the coordination with your planner and venue, the special songs prepared ahead, and the musicians' professionalism from the first note to the last. Travel and accommodation depend on the venue and are set out in the proposal.

How do payments work?

A signed agreement and a deposit confirm the date. The balance follows the schedule written in the contract. No surprises.

A smaller budget?

Honest numbers, then the music

Say so. The DJ experience delivers the dancefloor at a different price, and the agency tells you honestly what fits. The enquiry asks for your budget for exactly that reason.
