We collect the data we need to answer your enquiry and organise your event, nothing more. This page explains what, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.

What we collect, and why
When you send an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for the type of event, its date, its location, the number of guests, your budget range, your name, your email address, your telephone number, and optionally a message and how you heard about us. We use this data to answer you, to check availability, to prepare a proposal and, if you book, to organise and perform the event. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request, then the contract.
The form also records technical data with your submission: the page you were on, the campaign parameters in the address (for instance the search engine or advertisement you came from), a submission identifier, and the consent you gave. We use this to understand which channels bring enquiries. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the agency, and your consent where advertising cookies are involved.
When you contact us otherwise
Messages sent by email, telephone or WhatsApp are kept with the information you give us, for the same purposes.
When you browse
With your consent, audience measurement and advertising services set cookies and collect browsing data as described in the cookie policy. Without your consent, only the technical data necessary for the site to work is processed.
Where the data goes
Enquiries are stored in our customer database and automation tools, hosted within the European Union or with providers offering appropriate safeguards. When you book, the information needed for the performance (date, venue, timeline, contact on the day) is shared with the musicians and, where relevant, your planner and the venue. We never sell or rent your data.
Where your consent allows it, a hashed (irreversibly encoded) version of your email address and telephone number may be transmitted to Google to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This does not reveal your identity to Google.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for three years from our last exchange. Booking and invoicing data is kept for the duration required by French accounting and tax law (ten years). Cookie consent is kept for thirteen months, then asked again.
Your rights
You may access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, request its portability, and withdraw a consent at any time. Write to thebrotherockers@gmail.com or to the postal address above. To protect your data, we may ask you to prove your identity. We answer within one month; this period may be extended by two months for complex requests. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority (cnil.fr).
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The enquiry form is protected against automated abuse and transmitted over an encrypted connection.
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect the site's tools or the law. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision.
