The occasions
Every brief has its set
Hundreds of corporate occasions since 2015, from charity galas and product launches to private dinners, team events and grand inaugurations.

Black tie, a private club, a Monday in December
I
Gala dinner
Discreet at the reception, table to table at dinner, then the room on its feet. The band times itself to your speeches and awards.
II
Product launch
A performance that carries the brand's mood, from a hushed reveal to a full-volume finale. The repertoire is tuned to the house, never generic.
III
Client dinner
Forty people, one long table, a band that walks the length of it. Close, personal, in the guests' languages.
IV
Team celebration
The year-end party that people actually remember: a roaming set to break the ice, the DJ and the saxophone to keep the floor.
V
Inauguration and press
An entrance, a moment, a photograph: live music where the cameras are, without a stage in the shot.
Why it works
How the room changes
A band that walks through the room changes the chemistry of the evening. Three reasons events managers book it again.
The offer
Choose the format
Ten bands and a DJ, in four formats. The agency recommends; you decide.
Roaming, acoustic
The signature format. No power, no soundcheck, nothing to hide behind. Loud enough for 150 people dancing, quiet enough to talk.
Amplified, on stage
For the big rooms and the big finales: wireless microphones into your sound system, or a full set-up with amps and drum kit.
The DJ, with live sax
After the last band set, the DJ and the saxophonist keep the floor until the lights come up. One booking, one team.
Welcome and dinner sets
Jazz, bossa, piano or a guitar and a voice for the arrival and the dinner, before the tempo rises.
Reliability
How a booking runs
Punctuality, professionalism, attention to detail. The mission is taken seriously so the party can be taken lightly.
I
The brief
Date, venue, guest count, the mood the house wants. Through the form, by email or on WhatsApp.
II
The proposal, within the day
The acts that fit, their availability, a clear price with travel set out, and honest advice on the format.
III
The agreement
A signed contract and a deposit lock the date. Insurance and supplier documents on request.
IV
The run of show
Set times placed around your speeches, awards and reveals, agreed with your agency and the venue.
V
The night
The band arrives early, walks the room, and plays. You get the photographs; your guests get the story.
On the night
We turn their event into a success
Red carpets, private clubs, rooftops and long tables. The band where the brand is.

We had the Brotherockers perform at our wedding and we could not have made a better choice. They played throughout our cocktail dinner and after our main dinner and they were the standout event of the day. Everybody was raving about them afterwards. They helped to create a high energy and positive vibe throughout the day and ensured they roamed around to include all wedding guests at different stages of the day. We used the Brotherockers to DJ and play the saxophone into the late night which I highly recommend including in your package. If you’re considering musicians for your wedding we couldn’t recommend The Brotherockers enough!

Where to start? From start to finish they were incredible! Got all the wedding guests singing and dancing. Brought the tempo of the wedding up throughout the day and then the DJ was amazing right up until the end! All of our special requests were planned before and made the actual day so unbelievably fun! So many guests loved the band! Overall 10/10. Pierre was also amazing throughout the planning process and linked in with the wedding planner to make the entertainment so so good!

The Brotherockers sont juste exceptionnels !

Before you ask
The events manager's questions
Volume, power, timing, travel. The full list is on the FAQ page.
All questionsWhat is a roaming band?
A roaming band, also called a strolling band, plays unplugged and on the move. The musicians sing without microphones and walk among your guests, using the whole venue rather than a stage. Every set is close, personal and interactive: the music comes to the table, the terrace, the dancefloor.
How is it different from a stage band or a DJ?
A stage band performs at your guests from a distance; a DJ plays records. A roaming band performs with your guests, at conversation distance, and reads the room song by song. It is the format that turns a drinks reception into the start of the party. For the late night, our DJ takes over so the energy never drops.
How loud is a roaming band?
Loud enough to get 150 people dancing, quiet enough to talk over at the next table. There is no heavy amplification: the concept brings the music directly to the guests, passing between the groups and the tables. It cannot be compared with a DJ through a sound system, and that is the point.
For larger events the band can plug into a sound system with wireless microphones, or play on stage with a full amplified set-up: guitar and bass amps, acoustic drum kit.
Which languages do you sing in?
English, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese across the roster. Each band page lists its own languages. International guest lists are our natural habitat: the repertoire is built to reach every table, whatever the passport.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as your date and venue are set. Summer Saturdays on the Riviera and in Italy are often taken a year ahead. That said, the bands are highly responsive and prepared to travel at short notice: if you have a musical emergency, we would be delighted to solve it.
How does the booking process work?
Tell us the date, the place, the number of guests and your budget through the enquiry form. Pierre answers within the day with the acts that fit and their availability. A short call settles the programme. A signed agreement and a deposit confirm the date. From there the agency handles the planning with you and your planner, down to the last song.
Can we see the band before we book?
Watch the films on each band page and on our YouTube channel, and follow the bands on Instagram for footage from recent events. On request we send unedited clips from a wedding or a gala close to what you are planning.
